Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.08.2025)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
- Experience: Not Applicable.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years. (Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2004, both days inclusive).
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD (Gen): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (Gen), 8 years (OBC), 10 years (SC/ST)
- Confirmed LIC employees: Further 5 years relaxation
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a three-tiered process:
Phase I: Preliminary Examination (Qualifying Nature)
- Total Duration: 1 Hour, Total Questions: 100. There will be NO negative marking.

Phase III: Interview
Candidates shortlisted from the Main Examination will be called for an interview. Maximum marks for the interview are 60. The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview.
Guarantee Bond: Selected candidates will have to give an undertaking to serve LIC for a minimum period of four years (including the probation period), failing which they will be liable to pay liquidated damages of ₹ 5,00,000/-.
