Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Psychologist-Clinical: M.Phil in Psychology or M.Sc/M.A in Psychology (Regular).
  • Medical Officer (Male/Female): BHMS/BAMS/BUMS Degree with registration from a recognized board.
  • Audiologist: Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language (BASLP) / B.Sc. (Speech and Hearing) from an RCI recognized institute.
  • Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T).
  • Nursing Officer/Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or GNM course with live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
  • Community Health Officer: B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with an integrated certificate in Community Health, and live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
  • Tech Assistant-Hearing Impaired: Diploma in Training Young Deaf and Hearing Handicapped (DTYDHH) from an RCI recognized institute.
  • ANM: 12th passed with ANM course from an INC affiliated training center and live registration.
  • Junior Secretarial Assistant: 12th pass with at least a 1-year Diploma in Computer Application.
  • MPW Male: 10+2 with Biology and a 1-year diploma in Multipurpose Worker training, along with registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
• Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025): Minimum 18 years. Maximum 70 years for Medical posts and 64 years for Managerial posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
• Other Criteria: The applicant must be a domicile resident of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process

The final selection list will be prepared based on a merit list calculated out of 100 marks. The components are as follows:

• Educational Qualification: 65% weightage.
• Experience: Up to 10 marks (2 marks per year). For candidates working under NHM, up to 15 marks (3 marks per year). For Mitanin applying for Nursing Officer/Staff Nurse/ANM, up to 20 marks (4 marks per year).
• Bonus Marks: 10 bonus marks for temporary health workers who served during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Written/Skill Test/Interview: 20 marks.

Candidates will be shortlisted for document verification/skill test/interview based on the number of vacancies (10 times for up to 10 posts, 5 times for 10-50 posts, and 3 times for more than 50 posts).
