Anandadhara Murshidabad Recruitment 2025 for 40 Community Auditor Posts – Opportunity for SHG Members!

The Anandadhara District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Murshidabad, has invited applications from bonafide candidates for the engagement of 40 Community Auditors (CAs). The positions are on a purely temporary and daily honorarium basis to provide audit support to Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Cooperatives under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM).

Eligibility Criteria

SHG Membership: Must be a woman and an active member of an active SHG under NRLM for at least two years. Must have a member code and be entered in NRLM MIS (Lokos).
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and Maximum 40 years as on the first day of the calendar year. (Age Proof: Admit Card of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination).
Educational Qualification: At least qualified Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with a Commerce background. If commerce candidates are not available, graduates from any stream will be eligible. Candidates with higher qualifications are preferred.
Skills: Clear knowledge of Book Keeping & Accounting. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet) are desirable.
Other Requirements: Must be physically fit, willing to learn, and willing to work in villages within and outside the district/state.
Ineligibility:
- SHG Members working for Government/Govt-sponsored organisations (ICDS/ASHA/VRP) or non-government organisations.
- SHG Members acting as BOD, OB of Sangha Cooperative/Upasangha/Mahasangha.
- SHG Members with a PRI portfolio.

Selection Process

The selection procedure will be conducted in the following stages:

Written Examination (70 Marks): An MCQ-based offline test. The language of the paper will be English.
Computer Test & Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for a computer test and interview in a 1:1.5 ratio.
- Computer Test: 10 Marks
- Personal Interview: 20 Marks

Matters related to NRLM and Rural Development.
Bookkeeping and Accounting
General Knowledge.
General Arithmetic.
General English

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
