NHM Panchkula Recruitment 2025: Walk-in for Doctor, Counselor, and Data Manager Posts!
The District Health and Family Welfare Society, Panchkula, has invited applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Doctor (Medical Officer), Counselor, and Data Manager under the Addiction Treatment Facilities (ATF) Scheme. The positions are on a contract basis initially up to 31.03.2026. Interested candidates must submit their applications offline by 08.09.2025.
Vacancy Details
- Post Details & Remuneration:
- Doctor (Medical Officer): 01 (Gen) – Rs. 60,000/- per month
- Counselor: 01 (Gen) – Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Data Manager: 01 (Gen) – Rs. 15,000/- per month

Note: Candidates who had already applied against Advertisement no. MH/PKL/2024/162 dated 16.12.2024 need not apply again.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Doctor (Medical Officer): MBBS from a recognized institution along with medical council registration/State council registration. (Preferable: MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry).
- Counselor: Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology. (Preferable: Masters in these disciplines). Candidates with certificate training in counseling will be preferred.
- Data Manager: Graduate, preferably with qualification/experience in computer applications. Candidates with a certificate/degree in computer would be preferred.
- Age Limit:
- Doctor (Medical Officer): Up to 64 Years
- Counselor: 18-42 Years
- Data Manager: 18-42 Years
Selection Process
There will be no written test for these posts. The selection will be based on a merit list prepared according to the revised NHM Selection Criteria. The total marks for the evaluation will be 50.
Marking Scheme:
