Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor of Commerce.
  • Knowledge in handling MS Office – Excel.
  • Knowledge in Bank reconciliation, Computerized Accounting.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on the date of the walk-in-test.
• Other Criteria: Candidates who have undergone training in any office of Spices Board are not eligible to apply, regardless of whether the training is completed or not.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Walk-in-Test. The selection is for a training position and is not linked to regular appointments. The validity of the rank list will be for two years.

• How to Apply: Eligible candidates should appear for the walk-in-test at the specified venue and time. Candidates must fill and sign the application form (Annexure I) and bring it with them.
• Required Documents for Walk-in-Test:
  • Filled-in and signed application form (Annexure I).
  • Passport size color photograph.
  • Original Certificates for: Identity proof (Voter card, etc.), proof of age, proof of education and training, and Caste Certificate.
  • One set of attested photocopies of all the above documents, stapled to the application form.
