Punjab & Sind Bank, a Government of India Undertaking, has invited applications for the engagement of a Medical Consultant on a contractual basis for its Zonal Office in Moga. Interested and eligible medical practitioners can apply for this part-time position before the deadline.
Vacancy Details
- Post Name: Medical Consultant
- Total Vacancies: 01 (Implied for Zonal Office Moga)
- Pay Scale / Remuneration: Negotiable with a maximum of Rs. 800/- per hour.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Option A: M.D. in General medicine recognized by the Medical Council of India with at least 05 years of experience after passing M.D.
- OR
- Option B: M.B.B.S. having at least 07 years of experience after passing M.B.B.S as a registered Medical Practitioner.
- Note: Bank will give preference to Doctors with an M.D. qualification. In case an M.D. candidate is not available, the Bank may engage a Doctor with M.B.B.S. qualification and 07 years of experience.
- Other Criteria: Doctors empanelled with PSU/ Banks at present/ previously will be given preference by the Bank.

Selection Process
The selection procedure will be as follows:
- Applications received will be scrutinized by the Bank.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, intimated via email.
- Based on the interview, the final selection will be done for engagement to the post of Medical Consultant on a contractual basis.
