Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Assistant Project Manager (Civil): B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil & Civil-QA/QC): B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. (Additional qualification in quality control/assurance is desirable for QA/QC post).
  • Assistant Engineer (MEP): B.Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Junior Engineer (MEP): B.Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
  • Assistant Project Manager (Civil): Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction of high-rise building.
  • Assistant Engineer (All posts): Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction of high-rise building.
  • Junior Engineer (MEP): Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for B.Tech holders / Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience for Diploma holders.
• Age Limit: (as on 01.09.2025)
  • Assistant Project Manager (Civil): Upper age limit 40 years.
  • Assistant Engineer (All posts): Upper age limit 35 years.
  • Junior Engineer (MEP): Upper age limit 32 years.

• Other Criteria: Applicant must be a citizen of India. The appointment is purely on a contract basis.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based on scrutiny of applications followed by a Written Test and/or Interview of the shortlisted candidates. CMD/KSITIL reserves the right to shortlist a limited number of candidates and may also conduct additional processes like group discussion or skill tests if required. Admittance to any stage of the recruitment will be provisional.
