Pune, January 25, 2025 – The High Explosives Factory (HEF), Khadki, Pune, a unit of Munitions India Ltd. (MIL) under the Ministry of Defence, has announced a recruitment drive for Graduate Project Engineers on a tenure basis. The positions are available in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, and Civil Engineering disciplines.
This recruitment is initially for one year, extendable up to a maximum of four years based on performance and factory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- Ex-Graduate Apprentices who have completed one-year training in Ordnance Factories under Munitions India Ltd. (MIL).
- Candidates with one year of work experience in factories manufacturing military ammunitions, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum 30 years (as of the advertisement date).
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years.

Selection Process
