Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Senior Project Assistant:
  - Essential: Graduate in Science/relevant subjects with three years of work experience in Public Health OR Master’s degree in Public Health/Biostatistics/relevant subject.
  - Desirable: Experience in field-based projects, statistical software, scientific writing, strong Tamil & English communication, and prior experience with Sexual and Gender minority populations.
- Data Entry Operator:
  - Essential: Graduate with knowledge of data entry work.
  - Desirable: Qualification in stenography/accounts, experience in MS Office/statistical software, typing speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour, proficiency in Tamil & English, and prior experience with Sexual and Gender minority populations.
- Office Helper:
  - Essential: High School or equivalent.
  - Desirable: Prior experience with Sexual and Gender minority populations, and proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading Tamil and English.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for all posts as of the last date for submission of applications.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: Up to 5 years.
- OBC candidates: Up to 3 years.
- Candidates with prior research experience working with transgender persons will be eligible for additional age relaxation equal to the number of years of experience in that specific population.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on grading in the following domains:

Experience in research work / relevant field-based project.
Written Exam & Hands-on Exercise: A preliminary assessment including a written exam (objective & descriptive) and a hands-on exercise will be conducted. Only the candidates scoring the top 10 marks will be shortlisted for the interview.
Interview: Final score obtained in the interview.

In case of a tie in the final marks, seniority based on date of birth will be considered for selection.
