Anandadhara Howrah Recruitment 2025: 40 Community Auditor Posts Open for SHG Members!

The District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Anandadhara Howrah, has released a notification inviting applications from eligible female SHG members for the empanelment of Community Auditors. This recruitment drive aims to fill 40 temporary positions on a daily remuneration basis under the West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM).

Vacancy Details

  • Post Name: Community Auditors (CAs)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass with Commerce background. In case of non-availability, Graduates in any stream may be considered. Higher qualifications are preferred. Desirable: Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
  • Experience: Not Required. However, candidates must be active SHG members for at least two years.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2025. No age relaxation is mentioned.
  • Other Criteria:
    • Applicant must be a woman and an active member of an SHG under NRLM for at least two years.
    • Must have a valid SHG Member Code of Howrah District.
    • Must have a clear understanding of Bookkeeping and Accounting.
    • Must be physically fit and willing to work in villages.
    • Candidates who are full-time employees under Govt/ICDS/ASHA/NGO, office bearers of Sangha Cooperative, or holding PRI portfolios are not eligible.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview.

1. Written Examination (80 Marks): The test will be of 2 hours duration, with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) in Bengali medium. The marks distribution is as follows:

  • General Knowledge: 10 marks
  • Basic Mathematics (10th Standard): 15 marks
  • Basic English (10th Standard): 10 marks
  • Bengali (10th Standard): 10 marks
  • SHGs Book Keeping & Accounting: 20 marks
  • Current Affairs: 5 marks
  • Computer knowledge: 10 marks

2. Personal Interview (20 Marks): Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for a personal interview after document verification.
