Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Laboratory Attendant (19/25): Matriculation (Class X) passed.
- All other posts: Class X passed or ITI or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or Institution.
- Age Limit (as on 25/08/2025):
- For Constable posts (15/25, 16/25, 17/25): 18 to 22 years.
- For Fireman (18/25): 18 to 32 years.
- For Laboratory Attendant, Library Attendant, and all MTS posts: 18 to 35 years.
(Age relaxation for APST is up to 5 years; for PwBD, 10 years; for Ex-Servicemen as per rules).
- Physical Standards: Required for Constable and Fireman posts. Candidates must refer to the detailed notification for specific height, chest, and physical efficiency test (PET) requirements.
Selection Process
The selection process will have multiple stages depending on the post:
- For Constable and Fireman Posts (Codes 15/25 to 18/25):
- Stage-I: Written Examination (200 Marks)
- Stage-II: Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) (Qualifying)
- Stage-III: Medical Fitness Test (Qualifying)
- For Laboratory Attendant, Library Attendant, and all MTS Posts (Codes 19/25 to 29/25):
- Stage-I: Written Examination (200 Marks) only.
Written Examination Pattern (All Posts): Objective type MCQs, 2 hours duration, 200 marks total. Subjects include General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, and English. A minimum of 33% is required in each subject. There is no negative marking. The final merit will be based on the written exam marks only.
