Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- For Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager OR Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record.
- For Young Candidates: Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.). Preference will be given to candidates with M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA.
- Experience: For Retired Bank Employees: Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience. For Young Candidates: Not Required.
- Age Limit:
- For Young Candidates: 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
- For Retired Bank Employees: The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
- Other Criteria: Candidates should be from Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur, or Jammu district. They must be proficient in the local language and dialect (reading and writing).
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by an interview. The Regional Office will scrutinize the applications and shortlist candidates based on eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date, time, and venue of the interview via e-mail only. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.
