Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.08.2025)

  • For Manager – Sales (MMG/S-II)
    • Educational Qualification (Mandatory): Graduation in any discipline.
    • Educational Qualification (Preferred): MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Banking.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in Banking and Financial institutions, exclusively in liabilities products.
    • Age Limit: 24 to 34 years.
  • For Officer Agriculture Sales (JMG/S-I)
    • Educational Qualification (Mandatory): 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Fishery Science / Pisciculture / Agri. Marketing & Cooperation / Co-operation & Banking / Agro-Forestry / Forestry / Agricultural Biotechnology / B.Tech Biotechnology / Food Science / Agriculture Business Management / Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Sericulture / Fisheries Engineering.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Agri Sales, preferably in BFSI.
    • Age Limit: 24 to 36 years.
  • For Manager Agriculture Sales (MMG/S-II)
    • Educational Qualification (Mandatory): Same as Officer Agriculture Sales.
    • Educational Qualification (Preferable): Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Agri Business/Rural Management/Finance.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Agri Sales, preferably in BFSI.
    • Age Limit: 26 to 42 years.
  • Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as follows:
    • Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST): 5 years
    • Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • Persons with Disability (PwD): Gen/EWS – 10 years, OBC – 13 years, SC/ST – 15 years
    • Ex-servicemen: Gen/EWS – 5 years, OBC – 8 years, SC/ST – 10 years
    • Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
  • Credit History: Candidates must have a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining. Candidates with a record of default in repayment of loans/credit card dues are not eligible.

Selection Process

The selection process may consist of an Online Test followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI) of the qualified candidates.

  • Sections 1, 2, & 3 are qualifying in nature. Marks secured in these sections will not be reckoned for the final result.
  • Minimum qualifying marks in these sections are 40% for General/EWS and 35% for Reserved Categories.
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Service Bond: Selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Bond to serve for a minimum period of 3 years or pay an amount of ₹5.00 Lakhs in lieu thereof.

Probation Period: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of joining.
