Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Varies depending on the post. Qualifications range from Bachelor’s Degree, B.E./B.Tech, MCA to Chartered Accountant (CA) in relevant disciplines from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for post-specific qualification details.
- Experience: Varies by post and scale, ranging from a minimum of 3 years to 12 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field.
- Age Limit: The age limit varies for each post, generally ranging from 22 to 50 years as on the cut-off date of 31.08.2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD (GEN/EWS): 10 Years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years
- Other Criteria: Candidate must be a citizen of India. Candidates will be posted anywhere in India.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting, followed by a Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion. The Bank may conduct a written examination depending on the number of applications received. Final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Personal Interview. The total marks for the interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks are 50 for General/EWS candidates and 45 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
