BEL Recruitment 2025: Walk-in for 16 Project Engineer Posts in Assam, Salary up to Rs. 55,000!
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna company under the Ministry of Defence, has announced a recruitment drive for Project Engineer-I positions on a temporary basis for its MR SBU, Bengaluru Complex. The selection will be conducted via a walk-in interview in Guwahati, Assam for eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc (4 Years) Engineering degree from an AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute in the following disciplines:
- Electronics: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, and Telecommunication.
- Computer Science: Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology.
- Electrical: Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience as on 01.09.2025. Experience in areas like IP Networking, IT Infrastructure Projects, Data Centre Projects, CCTV Projects, or product support services is preferred.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 32 years as on 01.09.2025. Age relaxation is applicable as follows: 5 years for SC candidates, 3 years for OBC(NCL) candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
- Other Criteria: Candidates must be Indian citizens and willing to be posted at Jorhat & Tezpur in Assam and travel across India as required.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a Walk-in process for pre-registered candidates. The process includes a Written Test followed by an Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the Written Test in a 1:5 ratio. The final selection will be based on a combined score with 85% weightage given to the Written Test and 15% to the Interview.
