Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Programme Manager/Officer: Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Human Rights/Public Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management.
- Law-cum-Probation Officer: LLB from a recognized university.
- Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counselling or PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication.
- Data Analyst: Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer (BCA).
- Social Worker: Graduate preferably in B.A in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences.
- Outreach Worker: 12th passed from a recognized Board.
- Probation Officer/Case Worker: Graduate Preferably in B.A in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences or LLB.
- Housefather/Housemother: 10+2 or equivalent.
- Para Medical Staff/Nurse: Intermediate with Diploma in Nursing.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Caretaker-cum-Vocational Instructor: Matriculation with skill in a Vocational Trade (e.g., Tailoring, Handicraft, Mobile repairing, Data Entry).
- Experience: Required experience varies from 1 to 3 years depending on the post. Some posts require specific experience in Women & Child Development, juvenile justice, or clinical settings. Please refer to the official notification for post-wise details.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a merit list prepared out of 100 marks. The weightage will be as follows:
- Percentage of marks in minimum educational qualification: 50 marks
- For up to 2 higher educational degrees: 10 marks (5+5)
- Interview: 40 marks
Candidates must score a minimum of 40% in the interview to qualify. Minimum work experience is mandatory but will not be considered for merit calculation.
