• Pay Scale / Remuneration:
  • For Pensioner retired Bank officials: An amount equivalent to the last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of pension fixed, OR Rs. 25,000/- per month, whichever is lower.
  • For Non-Pensioner candidates: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
  • Additionally, a lump sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month will be paid for Mobile, Conveyance, etc.
  • TA/DA reimbursement at Rs. 300/- per day for travel as per post requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification (Essential):
  • Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a UGC recognized University.
  • Shall be computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and typing in local language.
• Experience / Other Eligibility (Essential):
  • Candidates should have retired/VRS opted bank officials of scale-I & above of a Nationalized Bank including State Bank of India & RRB (Preferred). OR
  • Ex-Servicemen or other than Bank employees (e.g., Government School Teacher etc.) having banking knowledge, knowledge of financial services & having completed a relevant IIBF certification course.
  • Must have an unblemished service record and possess a Service Certificate from the previous employer. Minimum experience as an officer/permanent employee of 10 years is required.
• Age Limit: Should be less than 65 years and should possess good health. The PDF also mentions “Above 45 years age”.
• Other Criteria:
  • Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
  • Should be a resident of Uttar Pradesh, preferably from the same or a nearby district (i.e., Gorakhpur, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria etc.).
  • Desirable: Officer with a Rural Development Background is preferred.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Personal Interview. The decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.

Contract Period: The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal may be possible at the Bank’s sole discretion and subject to satisfactory performance.
