- First Year: ₹ 14,000/- per month (Stipend) + ₹ 4,450/- (Compensation for Extra Hours)

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Pass in SSLC.
- Three-year Diploma in the respective engineering discipline from a State Board of Technical Education with a minimum of 60% of marks.
- Disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering OR Electronics & Communication Engineering OR Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
- Flair for Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD is required.
- Experience: Not Required.
- Age Limit (as on 22 August 2025):
- The upper age limit shall not exceed 25 years.
- Applicants should be born on or after 23 August 2000.
- Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process
The method of selection will be through a Practical Test (100 Marks) held at CSL, Kochi.
- Candidates will be required to prepare a drawing using CAD software.
- Selection will be subject to initial certificate verification. Only shortlisted candidates who successfully complete certificate verification will be permitted to attend the Practical Test.
- Minimum Pass Marks for Practical Test:
- Unreserved (UR) & EWS candidates: 50%
- OBC candidates: 45%
- SC/ST candidates: 40%
- A rank list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the practical test.
