Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in electrical installation, operation, and maintenance (May be relaxed for exceptional Candidates).
• Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 20.09.2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.
• Other Criteria: The nature of engagement is contractual, initially for 01 year, and may be extended based on satisfactory performance. The place of posting will be the DSDA Office, Digha/Project Sites under DSDA jurisdiction.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the Walk-in-Interview. Candidates’ eligibility and documents will be verified on the day of the interview.
