Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a holder of degree in Law from a recognized University established by Law in India. A fresh law graduate can also apply for the post with the provisional certificate.
- Experience: Not Required. Fresh law graduates can apply.
- Age Limit: The age limit has not been specified in the notification.
- Other Criteria: A candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on an oral test. However, in case a large number of applications are received, the High Court may conduct a screening test to shortlist candidates for the oral test.
