Eligibility Criteria
- Professional Background:
- Candidates must be retired officers from J&K Bank or other PSU Banks.
- Must have retired honourably (either superannuated or through VRS) without any major or minor punishment and must not have been charge-sheeted for serious lapses during service. A certificate in the prescribed annexure from the HR department is required for retired officers of other PSU Banks.
- Must have retired as Scale III officer or above.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an Officer in the bank.
- Must have a satisfactory track record, including 3 years of experience in dealing with high-value credit, project finance, consortium lending, and foreign exchange portfolios at Branches, controlling offices, or as a Credit Auditor.
- Age Limit: Must not be above the age of 65 years as on 01.09.2025.
- Other Criteria:
- Must be medically fit (a certificate from a medical practitioner – minimum MBBS – is required with the application).
- Must be able to travel to distant branches for audit/inspection.
- Must have adequate computer knowledge and be able to handle computers independently for online report submission.
- Must be well versed and familiar with Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS).
