Important Instructions for Candidates

• Eligibility Check: Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria (age, qualification, reservation) as stipulated in the original advertisement before appearing for the test.
• Call Letter: The link for downloading the call letter and Information Handout will be made available shortly on the company’s website under the “Recruitment Notification” tab. Candidates are advised to check the website regularly.
• Documents to Bring: Candidates must bring a hard copy (printout) of the call letter, a currently valid photo identity proof in original, and a photocopy of the same ID proof. The photocopy of the ID proof must be stapled with the call letter and handed over to the invigilator.
• Valid Photo ID Proof: Accepted IDs include PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter’s Card, Bank Passbook with photograph, Photo ID issued by a Gazetted Officer/People’s Representative on official letterhead, valid College/University ID, Aadhar/E-Aadhar Card, Employee ID, or Bar Council ID card with photograph. Note: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not valid ID proofs.
• Name Match: The candidate’s name on the call letter must exactly match the name on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed their name post-marriage must produce an original gazette notification, marriage certificate, or an affidavit on stamp paper.
• PwD Candidates: Candidates who have claimed for a scribe must arrange their own scribe and submit the required DECLARATION and PWD certificate at the exam center.
• Punctuality: Candidates reporting late after the specified reporting time will not be permitted to appear for the on-line test.
