Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary/equivalent examination with a Commerce background. Graduate in any stream is preferred.
- Experience: Not Required
- Age Limit: Minimum 25 and Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2025.
- Other Criteria: Must be a woman and an active member of an active SHG under NRLM fold for at least 2 years; Resident of Nadia district; Knowledge of Bookkeeping & Accounting; Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet); Smart phone operation skills; Willing to work in villages within and outside the district/state.
Selection Process
Selection will be done in three phases: Written Exam (60 marks), Computer Test (20 marks), and Interview (20 marks).
