Eligibility Criteria

• For Consultant (RBSK):
  • Qualification: Master’s in Sociology/Social Work/Health Management/Hospital Management from a recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
• For Programme Cum Administrative Assistant (Quality Assurance):
  • Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
  • Skills: Fluency in MS Office package.
  • Experience: 2 years’ experience of managing an office and providing support to a Health programme/NHM.

Selection Process

The mode of recruitment will be a Written Test followed by a Viva-voce. The names of eligible candidates for the written test and interview will be displayed on the office notice board and the official website. No separate call letters will be issued.
