Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Research Fellow: LLM OR a Judicial Officer.
  • Manager: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Assistant Accounts Officer: Graduate Degree in Commerce or Business Management (Finance specialization) OR have passed CMA/CA examination OR passed SAS/ Jr. Accounts Officers examination.
  • Jr. Steno cum DEO: Graduate with good command over English shorthand and computer.
• Experience:
  • Research Fellow: 5 years’ experience in teaching/research at a national level institution OR 5 years of service as a Judicial Officer.
  • Manager: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in documentation and publication work depending on the pay scale.
  • Assistant Accounts Officer: At least 3 years of experience in Accounts in any Central/State Govt. or autonomous organization.
  • Jr. Steno cum DEO: Minimum three years of work experience.
• Age Limit: For Contract basis: Upper age limit is up to 45 years. For Deputation basis: As per the norms of the Government of India. The cut-off date for determining age will be the closing date of application submission (27.10.2025).
• Other Criteria: The posts are to be filled on a deputation or contract basis.

Selection Process

The mode of selection for Group-A & B posts will be either through an aptitude/skill test and/or interview to assess the candidates’ professional and practical ability. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test/interview.
