Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Superannuated or Superannuating from the rank of Major General in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Air Force (Air Vice Marshal) / Indian Navy (Rear Admiral).
• Experience: Must have a satisfactory service record in the Indian Army, Air Force, or Navy at the specified rank.
• Age Limit: Less than 62 years as on 11.09.2025. No age relaxation details are mentioned.
• Other Criteria: Candidates under investigation or who have been imposed major penalties are not eligible. Candidates who served in ranks higher than those mentioned are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process

The selection will be made on the basis of Personal Interaction/Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their qualification, experience, and overall suitability. The interview will be held at the PNB Corporate Office in Dwarka, New Delhi. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank.
