Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum age for Engineers: 31 years, Assistant Manager: 32 years, Manager: 35 years, Senior Manager: 38 years.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/M.Sc/MBA in relevant disciplines from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions.
- Experience Required: Minimum 1-8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of:
- Written Test (60%) – Multiple choice questions based on the relevant engineering discipline.
- Interview (40%) – Technical & professional proficiency (30%) and Personality, Communication & Competency (10%).
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:6 ratio based on their performance in the written test.
