Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Block Resource Person: B.A/B.Sc. in respective subject with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR B.A/B.Sc. with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. OR Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. in respective subject. Must have passed TET.
  • ECCE Resource Person: Graduate with at least 50% marks AND Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed.) of not less than one year, or B.Ed. (Nursery).
  • Resource Person for CWSN: Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. (General) with Diploma/PG Diploma in Special Education. Candidate must be registered with RCI.
  • Academic Resource Person: Minimum Graduation with certificate/diploma in Career Counselling/PG Diploma in Counselling OR Masters in Psychology.
  • Special Educator (Elementary): XII passed with D.Ed./Diploma in Special Education OR Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with relevant certification. Must be registered with RCI.
  • Special Educator (Secondary): Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. (General) with Diploma/PG Diploma in Special Education. Must be registered with RCI.
  • Accountant Cum Support Staff: Graduate in Commerce with at least 50% marks, Certificate in Tally ERP.9, and English typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
• Experience:
  • Accountant Cum Support Staff: Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance of Accounts.
  • ECCE Resource Person: Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Resource Person for CWSN & Special Educators: Desirable minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Academic Resource Person: Preferred minimum 1 year experience.
  • Block Resource Person: Not Required.
• Age Limit:
  • Not exceeding 35 years for Resource Person posts.
  • Not exceeding 30 years for Special Educator and Accountant posts.
  • The upper age limit is relaxable as per the Orders/instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time.
• Other Criteria: Candidates applying for Resource Person (CWSN) and Special Educator posts must be registered with RCI.
