Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Master in Psychology with 1 (one) year experience in Career Counselling OR Graduate with Certification of Diploma in Career Counselling.
• Experience: 1 year for candidates with Master in Psychology. 3-5 years of experience in Career Counselling/Educational Counselling for candidates with a Graduate degree and Diploma.
• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 32 years on the first day year of the Advertisement. A relaxation of 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates is applicable.
• Other Criteria: The engagement will be on a contract basis for a period of 1 (one) year. Renewal will be based on the availability of funds.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of scrutiny and screening of applications. Only suitable candidates will be eligible to appear for the Written Examination. The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board. The authority may also conduct an additional examination or Skill Test if required.
